These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Deko District website and all purchases made through it.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the user of the website and Deko District shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”. Once a user confirms an order, they shall be referred to as the “Buyer”. The rights and obligations of the User also apply to the Buyer.
By placing an order on the website, the User confirms that they are of legal age in their country of residence and have full legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If the User is not of legal age, they confirm that they have the necessary authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.
By confirming an order, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. No handwritten signature is required for acceptance.
These Terms and Conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales made between Deko District and non-professional Users purchasing products offered on the website.
Deko District reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date the order is validated by the Buyer.
Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by Deko District shall constitute proof of all transactions carried out between the Parties. The validation of an order by clicking the relevant purchase or payment button constitutes an electronic signature with the same legal value as a handwritten signature.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of Deko District and the User in relation to the online sale of products offered on the website.
These Terms and Conditions regulate all stages of the ordering process, from product selection to payment, delivery, cancellation, withdrawal and after-sales service.
The Parties agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions.

3.5 Order Confirmation
After payment has been validated, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation by email at the address provided during the order process.
The confirmation email may include the order summary, purchased products, total amount, delivery address and estimated dispatch or delivery date.
Deko District recommends that Buyers save or print the order confirmation email.
4. Payment
4.1 Total Order Amount
The total amount payable by the Buyer is displayed before the order is confirmed.
The total amount may include product prices, shipping costs, taxes, duties, commissions, discounts and any other applicable charges.
4.2 Payment Methods
Payment may be made using the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase. These may include bank card, bank transfer, PayPal or other payment methods.
If payment is made via PayPal or another third-party payment platform, any changes to the payment or delivery details may need to be managed through that platform.

If the requested documents are not provided, or if they do not match the Buyer’s identity or order details, Deko District reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
5. Coupons and Promotional Codes
5.1 Use of Coupons
Coupons, promotional codes or discounts may be issued by Deko District during special promotions or marketing campaigns.
To use a coupon, the User must enter the relevant code in the appropriate field before confirming the order.
Once applied, the discount will be deducted from the order amount before final payment.
5.2 Coupon Conditions
Coupons are subject to the specific conditions communicated with the offer.

6. Availability, Dispatch and Delivery
6.1 Product Availability
Product availability and dispatch times are indicated on the product page whenever possible.
Products available in stock may be dispatched within the estimated timeframe shown on the website. For items not available in stock, dispatch times are indicative and may vary due to production delays, supplier availability, transport conditions, holidays, weather events or other circumstances beyond Deko District’s control.
The Buyer must carefully check the estimated dispatch time of each product before confirming the order.
6.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and may vary depending on the delivery address, product weight, volume, number of items, carrier rates and other logistical factors.
Before confirming the order, the Buyer will be able to review the products, quantities, prices, shipping costs, taxes, commissions, discounts and the total amount payable.
6.3 Delivery Areas
Deko District may deliver to selected countries and territories indicated on the website.
Restrictions may apply to certain regions, islands, non-mainland territories or locations subject to special customs, import or tax rules.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may be legally imported into the delivery country or territory.
6.4 Taxes, Customs and Duties
Orders may be subject to applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges or administrative fees depending on the delivery destination.
Where such charges are not included in the purchase price, they shall be borne by the Buyer.
If the Buyer refuses to pay customs duties, import taxes or related charges, and the product is returned, the Buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs, reshipping costs and any related expenses.
6.5 Delivery of the Order
Once the Buyer or their representative takes possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer.
The delivery service is generally door-to-door unless otherwise stated. It does not include installation, assembly, unpacking, collection of goods from inside the property or removal of packaging unless expressly agreed.
If a delivery attempt fails for reasons not attributable to Deko District, any additional delivery attempt may be charged to the Buyer.
6.6 Inspection Upon Delivery
The Buyer must inspect the packaging carefully before signing the delivery note or proof of delivery.
If the packaging is visibly damaged, broken, wet, open or otherwise suspicious, the Buyer must clearly note the damage on the proof of delivery.
The Buyer may refuse delivery if there is reasonable doubt about the integrity of the package.
The mention “subject to unpacking” has no legal value and may not be sufficient to support a later claim.
Any visible damage, missing item, broken product, non-compliant product or damaged packaging must be reported to Deko District Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The Buyer must keep all original boxes, labels and packaging materials. Failure to keep the packaging may result in rejection of the claim.
Deko District may request photographs, videos or other evidence to assess the claim. If the Buyer does not provide the requested evidence, the claim may be rejected.
6.7 Non-Compliant Goods
If the Buyer receives a product that is damaged, missing, defective or not compliant with the order, the Buyer must contact Deko District Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.
The Buyer must provide all relevant information, including order number, description of the issue, photographs, videos and packaging details.
Claims submitted after the applicable timeframe may be rejected.
7. Cancellations, Withdrawal and Returns
7.1 Confirmed Orders
Once the checkout process has been completed and payment has been accepted, the order is considered confirmed.
7.2 Cancellation of Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order products, customised products, personalised products or products manufactured according to the Buyer’s specifications cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
This also applies where the estimated shipping or production period is subject to delay.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
7.3 Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders containing products that are in stock or in maritime transit may be cancelled before dispatch only under the conditions set out by Deko District.
If cancellation is requested within the first calendar week after the order has been confirmed and paid, the Buyer may be entitled to a partial refund of 80% of the total payment. The remaining 20% may be retained to cover administrative, preparation and processing costs.
If cancellation is requested after the first calendar week but before dispatch, the Buyer may be entitled to a partial refund of 60% of the order value.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Buyer’s customer account or through the official cancellation process indicated by Deko District.
Once a cancellation is accepted, Deko District will process the agreed refund within 30 working days.
7.4 Refusal of Delivery
If the Buyer refuses delivery at the door without a valid reason, or cancels delivery after the goods have been dispatched, delivery costs, return costs and any other related expenses may be deducted from any refund due.
7.5 Right of Withdrawal
For eligible products that are not made to order, customised or personalised, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify Deko District Customer Service or submit a return request through the customer account.
After receiving return authorisation or a return number, the Buyer may have an additional period to return the product at their own expense.
Returned products must be unused or only minimally handled for inspection purposes. Products must not show signs of prolonged use, damage, assembly marks, stains, wear or alteration.
7.6 Return Conditions
Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, with all accessories, labels, instructions and protective materials included.
The costs and risks of returning products are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The Buyer should use a return method that provides proof of dispatch and delivery.
Deko District may refuse a return if the product is damaged, incomplete, used beyond reasonable inspection, returned without authorisation or not returned within the applicable timeframe.
7.7 Refunds
If the return conditions are met, Deko District will refund the eligible amount within 14 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
If the Buyer returns the full order, the refund may include the product amount paid, excluding shipping costs, return costs or other non-refundable charges where permitted by law.
8. Invoice Modifications
Invoice modification requests may be subject to restrictions.
For individual-to-individual transactions, invoice modifications may only be permitted where both parties are located in the same country or city.
For individual-to-company transactions, invoice modification requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Deko District reserves the right to refuse invoice modification requests that do not comply with these conditions or with applicable tax and accounting rules.
9. Guarantees and Liability

If the Buyer receives a defective product that is still covered by guarantee, the Buyer must contact Deko District Customer Service as soon as possible.
Deko District will inform the Buyer of the applicable procedure, which may include repair, replacement, refund or referral to the supplier’s after-sales service.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
Deko District’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Deko District shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, material, immaterial or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of a product purchased on the website.
Deko District shall not be liable for inconvenience or damage caused by the use of the Internet, computer networks, service interruptions, external interference, viruses, technical errors or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Buyer is responsible for verifying any local laws, taxes, import restrictions, declarations or usage regulations applicable to the products ordered.
Deko District shall not be liable if the Buyer fails to comply with the laws and regulations of the country or territory of delivery.

15. Force Majeure
