At Deko District, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide an excellent shopping experience and have established the following Cancellation and Return Policy to ensure transparency and peace of mind when placing your orders.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation Period
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of payment and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If you wish to cancel your order after the first 24 hours, the following conditions will apply:

Order status: “In Production” – You will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the order value.

Order status: “In Transit” through “In Stock” – You will be entitled to a refund of 60% of the order value.
Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please submit your request through your customer account:
My Account > Orders > Click on the Order Number > Cancellation Request
Our team will review and process your request accordingly.
Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 to 30 business days from the date the cancellation is approved.
Non-Cancellable Products
The following items cannot be cancelled:

Made-to-order products (products manufactured or specially sourced for a customer after the order is placed, with no existing stock and a delivery lead time of 12 weeks or more).

Customized or personalized products.
Returns
At Deko District, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you need to return an item, we are here to assist you.
Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be in its original packaging.

Be unused and in perfect condition.

Show no signs of damage.

Include all original parts, accessories, and documentation.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please submit a request through your customer account:
My Account > Returns > New Return
Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and the return shipping address. The product must be shipped using a carrier that provides tracking information.
After the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund process will begin.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 to 30 business days after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or were shipped incorrectly:
