Which size to choose
- Look at the glass, not only the frame: on the round 60 cm models, the radiating frame takes up most of the width. Grel and Bioe have a 25 cm glass, Lenai, Loi and Ais a 30 cm glass. Enough to check your face, not your outfit.
- Taller reflection: Kala is 71 cm high and 40 cm wide, with a thin rattan frame around the glass. It is the model with the most mirror surface in the range. None of the 8 is a full-length mirror.
- Small wall or bathroom: Amara (48 x 37 cm, 13 cm deep) has a compartment under the glass for small items, according to its page.
Where to hang a mirror
These are commonly used guidelines, not strict rules. Hold the mirror against the wall before drilling.
- Height: the centre of the mirror is usually placed at around 150 to 160 cm from the floor, roughly at eye level.
- Above a console or sideboard: choose a mirror narrower than the furniture and leave a gap of about 15 to 25 cm between the top of the furniture and the bottom of the frame. A 60 cm round mirror suits a console of about 90 cm or more.
- Facing or beside a window: the mirror reflects daylight and brightens a dark hallway or room.
